Turner will come fully assembled and ready to use. It will come with two bare detachable pvc arms. You may need to add different size footballs, pool noodles, or floral foam based on your personal preference and needs. This cup turner can be used with a variety of cup sizes. Additional arms with attachments can be purchased as an add on.
