Shop Policies

By placing an order with Truquality Designs you agree to our terms of use & all of our policies.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time I need to prepare an order before shipping. All orders have a 3-5 business day processing unless you are otherwise notified. Processing time excludes weekends and all major US Holidays.

Cancellations

We DO NOT allow order cancellations.

Returns or Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is damage that occurred during shipping (pictures of damage is required).

Incorrect Address Provided at Checkout

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address PRIOR to placing an order. Orders with an incorrect address must be canceled and refunded.

Sales and Coupons

Customer is responsible for applying discount code when checking out. There will be no refund applied after the order has been processed if customer has forgotten to use the discount code.

Sale prices will only apply during the timeframe the sale is run. Sale price will NOT be valid on previous purchases. No refund will be given.

Where's my Package?

All orders are given tracking numbers when shipped. Once I have marked the item as shipped and it is handed over to the USPS I am unable to control the speed in which is arrives to the final destination.

Any order that is sent back to seller will require buyer to pay to reship the item. Free shipping only applies to first shipment.

If your order is scheduled to ship on a US Holiday where the post office is closed, your order will ship the next business day.

Complications With Order Delivery

If your order is marked as delivered, but you do not have the order buyer must notify me within 3 business days of order being marked delivered to begin process to attempt to locate the package. The post office is able to provide GPS coordinates of where the items was delivered and this should be obtained to determine if the package was correctly delivered or not. At times, it is also appropriate to file a police report for theft if order is marked as delivered and GPS coordinates show item was correctly delivered, but the item has not shown after 2 to 3 business days.

Any damage or loss that occurs during shipment that is not due to packaging error on my part must be handled by USPS. If any of these situations occur, please send me a message and I will do my best to help you find a solution.

<<< CUP TURNER WARRANTY >>>

Cup turners will have a 7 day warranty from the date of receipt. Warranty will be for repair / replacement part of purchased turner only. If turner is warrantied for any repair it will need to be returned to us. Warranty will be void if turner is found to be improperly used, altered or disassembled in any way. If outside of the stated warranty period, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and repair.

*All motors get hot. This is completely normal and should be expected.

*We do not make the motors and CAN NOT guarantee how long they will last. We will NOT WARRANTY the motor. Each turner is tested prior to shipping for several hours to ensure that it works properly.

*Motors are easily replaceable and can be done for a very reasonable price.

*Motors can make noise and can get louder over time with use. This is completely normal.
